I make this kale recipe all the time and it is so yummy!
Thankfully my boys really enjoy vegetables and fruit, so this isn’t one of those try to trick you into eating greens recipes, although it can be used for those purposes.
First set your oven to 400 degrees.
Get your bunch of kale and tear all the leaves from the stalks into bite size pieces. Rinse and put the kale into a lettuce spinner. Spin until dry.
Spread out evenly into a 12 x 15 baking pan.
Bake for approx 10-12 minutes. You want to catch these before they turn too brown but they must be crispy.
Give stalks to chicken.
If ungrateful chicken turns up her beak. Give to sweet bunny who will graciously accept.
